Recruitment

When you apply for a vacancy, we receive your contact details, location, introduction and CV. Authorised recruitment staff use these details to review your suitability for the role and communicate with you. Recruitment decisions are made by people, not automated scoring.

Storage and access

Applicant documents are kept outside the public website and require authorised staff access. Our hosting and email providers process information to operate these services. We do not publish applicant information or sell contact details.

Retention and requests

Our configured review period for unsuccessful or withdrawn applications is 180 days after the vacancy closes and the latest application update. Records are reviewed and removed or anonymised through our retention process, unless a documented reason requires further retention. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information.
